OrderWork provides engineers of absolute quality and has over 600+ CRB and SC checked engineers.
We have several systems in place to vigorously test the quality of Service Partners before they are approved into our nationwide network.
OrderWork has now completed over 40,000 jobs and combines the skills of our certified IT professionals and our dedicated in-house service delivery team. To achieve this we only work with the best professionals:
- Screened - OrderWork carefully screens all of our Service Partners, so you only work with the finest professionals in the industry.
- Certified - Our network of Service Partners have achieved hundreds of different vendor certifications - focused on low end desktop and network vendors.
- Rated - Every customer provides feedback on our engineer's performance - this is done by the on-site project manager with a sign-off or timesheet, as well as a customer feedback form independently sent out by OrderWork.
Rating Drive Quality
Service Partner ratings are the key to driving quality and delighting our customers with great service.
OrderWork service partners get rated after every job. Through our innovative portal we rate engineers allowing Service Partners to build up a performance score. Ratings are based on the following feedback mechanisms:
Project manager or client sign off sheets are completed for every job - or for longer term jobs, fed back via weekly timesheets
Customer Feedback Forms are provided to project managers and customers whenever possible - so that in their own time, and importantly without the engineer being present, they can give us their feedback on our engineers.
Follow Up Telephone Surveys We conduct follow up telephone interviews with our IT Channel partners to further test the performance of our Service Partners.
