OrderWork is a services company powered by the largest nationwide network of quality rated IT and Consumer Electronics firms. Our mission here at OrderWork is to improve the speed, quality and efficiency of service delivery. Leveraging a concept called flexible resourcing; we enable our clients to tap into this network and gain access to qualified professionals on demand at below market rates, allowing them to optimise service delivery processes or exploit new service opportunities quickly.
For our IT clients, requirements range from a single consultant installing and configuring a niche application to multiple IT resources completing large IT deployments. For our Retail clients, OrderWork installs and supports IT and Consumer Electronics products for any customer across the entire United Kingdom.
Founded in 2006, OrderWork has grown rapidly within the UK, with a Microsoft backed version of the site was launched shortly after allowing some 400 plus Microsoft partners in the UK to buy and sell resources. In June 2007, OrderWork moved into the European market, launching in Germany with a localised version of the site -

It is these principles that drive the decisions we make and is what has enabled us to grow with success. Every new employee learns 2CQRS!

At the heart of everything we do. Our customers, service partners, and end users are the basis from which we continuously improve to provide the very best possible service.
Consistency
We customise specific processes and procedures for each client ensuring their end users and consumers gain a consistent customer experience.
Quality
Every job gets rated and our employees strive to achieve a high level of quality in everything we do.
Responsibility
When things go well, we give credit to our customers; on the rare occasion when things go wrong, we always take on the responsibility for customer complaints and manage them through to resolution.

Our most vital guiding principle. We strive to learn and improve with every job completed.
Key Metrics
After founding OrderWork in early 2006, we first recruited 400 Service Partners to get up and running with our nationwide network.
Opening for business in June, 2006, we completed 12 jobs in our first month. Within 6 months we were doing several hundred jobs on a monthly basis and have never looked back.
In 2008 we completed more than 20,000 jobs.
